To keep our online preschool running smoothly, please agree to all of these policies:
I understand that after signing up, I will receive training videos that teach me how to login in to the Zoom classroom, manage my billing, and communicate with the teacher.
I understand that Jumping Beans Academy has taken the total yearly cost of classes and broken it into convenient monthly payments for parents. I understand the monthly tuition rate remains the same, regardless of absences, days off, holidays, etc.
I understand that Learning Time classes start at 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. PST, and that my child's Jelly Jumpers class time is directly after Learning Time, an additional 30 minutes on my child's class days.
I understand that after registering, I begin preschool or kindergarten classes only after I have paid registration and tuition for the first month. I understand I can manage my own billing account inside. I also understand that tuition fees will not be refunded and that I can cancel at anytime.
I understand that I will need to log my child into the Zoom classroom for each session of Learning Time and Jelly Jumpers, but I do not need to stay during class time. However, I understand that Jumping Beans Academy is not a babysitter, and that if my child is misbehaving during online preschool, that the teacher will talk to me about finding a solution to help my child not misbehave.
I understand that after I sign up, I will join a free private Facebook group where ALL communications will be held. I understand that joining the free private Facebook group is required.
Lastly, I understand that after I register and sign up for online preschool, it may take Jumping Beans Academy up to 24 hours to offer instructions on how to access the Zoom classrooms because they are assigning my child a Learning Time and Jelly Jumpers class.
